2 Author Events You Won't Want to Miss!

Saturday June 14th @ 4:00 p.m.
Ted Sorensen Book Talk and Signing: Pound Ridge's own Ted Sorensen will give a presentation on his critically acclaimed new book, Counselor: A Life at the Edge of History. Mr. Sorensen was the special advisor and speechwriter for President John F. Kennedy. He is a widely published author on the presidency and foreign affairs. A noted library lover, Mr. Sorensen has spoken at the Library several times in the past, and we welcome his return. We're very fortunate that he is taking the time from his busy schedule to be with us. He's one of my favorite people. You won't want to miss this very special event.

Sunday June 22nd @4:00 p.m.
Roxana Robinson Booktalk and Signing: Former local resident and author of This is My Daughter, Summer Light and others, will discuss her latest novel, Cost. Ms. Robinson is a widely acclaimed novelist and scholar of 19th and 20th century art. Four of her books have been named Notable Books of the Year by The New York Times.
If you haven't read Ms. Robinson's work before, here's an opportunity to meet an extraordinary author I personally admire.
